These terms apply when you visit postly.com or place an order with Postly Limited ("Postly", "we"). By using our services you agree to them.

Placing an order

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. You can cancel or change an order for 30 minutes after placing it — after that it enters our print queue.

Pricing

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are added at checkout.

Refunds

If your card arrives damaged or hasn't arrived when it should, contact us within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund it.

Content you upload

You must have the right to use any photos or text you upload. See our User Generated Content policy for details.
